Ed Legge visited Necedah High School on Thursday, March 19 to speak with teachers and students involved in the Wisconsin Humanities Council's Great World Texts program.
He wrote: "The approximately two dozen students will join 500 or so of their peers
in discussing their recent intellectual grappling with the work of
18th-century political philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau — known as the 'father of democratic theory' — and specifically his autobiographical
book 'Confessions.'”
